DAX T.S. MITCHELL
Principal
Mr. Mitchell is a seasoned real estate investor with 25 years of commercial real estate development and ownership. He is a 7th generation Texan and an active alumnus of both Culver Military Academy in Culver, IN and the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History.
ANDREW GI
Principal
Mr. Gi is an investor and valuation expert with 20 years of experience. Prior to forming MAGCP in 2015, he specialized in complex valuations in special use assets, unconventional developments and mixed-use properties as an MAI Appraiser. Mr. Gi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
NEIL WAHLGREN
Partner
Mr. Wahlgren brings 20 years of leadership in capital markets. Prior to joining MAGCP in 2019, he led a Bay Area investment firm, and oversaw $600M of income-producing real estate. A graduate of the US Air Force Academy, Mr. Wahlgren holds a Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M and a Masters of Science from Troy University.
